You are welcome to write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and is responsible for its workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Listeningflash Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will review it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will send you what we found and any action we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
